Overall this is basically what I buy, with a couple of tweaks. I don't buy wine or ginger, but I do use mint and gluten. Olive oil is based, too. Seriously, unless you're allergic to gluten I don't see why you would not eat it.

Checking on cronometer gives me similar numbers (11.4 g sugar / 14.3 g fiber for 100g Theobroma, Chocolat 90% cocoa and 51.5 g sugar / 3.4 g fiber for 100g Milk Chocolate Bar) so I don't know where you're finding a small difference. I'm guessing like the troglodyte you are you're looking at dark chocolate with smaller cocoa%.
