You should realise that they acted this way because they're scared of you, so you can do 2 things : Either you show them that you're not really dangerous, and you try and talk to them a little about mundane things, Or you just keep acting your way but even worse and you give them a good stare of death. They'll stop bothering you either way.
Alternatively, find an individual that you actually enjoy spending time with, and if they see you hanging out with someone they'll understand that you just don't like them in particular
