Klokov has the most aesthetic physique in my opinion. He looks good, but on top of that, he is powerful and strong af, while the aesthetics twinks are all weak.

Oh yeah and I guess he did a lot of assistance work with high volume in the year or so before his world championship. That's definitely what got him that physique. That's where you want to look.

Trained under soviet style programming since he was a child but the majority of his training would be
Clean, jerk, snatch, back squat, front squat, clean pull, snatch pull, push press, strict pressing, clean/snatch high pulls, clean deadlift, back extensions, power snatch, power clean, strict leg raises on stall bar, etc. (plus gear)
for the past few years he's been on a hell of a lot more gear and has done a lot more bodybuilding training but still doing some olympic lift variations to stay strong in those, since his job is to do heavy lifts and look jacked so crossfitters will go to his seminars around the world

I went to a 12 hour klokov seminar this summer, he told us his exact training plan leading into whatever competition is coming up

So 9 workouts a week.
The snatch/ clean days are just skill work, followed by a snatch /clean variation, then accessory work.
Power days are deadlifts, squats, and oh press variations.
He also says he gets 3 massages a week and goes to the sauna twice.
He probably did an oly routine because he was an Olympic weightlifter. Just a hunch.
I believe he used SS + GOMAD for that physique
