I've just knocked up this chicken and lentil Carbonara to get my bulk under way. It wasn't as many calories as I'd hoped desu but it a good lunch.
650g chopped chicken breast 200g bacon 1000g lentil pasta 6 eggs 20 gram quark 100g parmesan grated 75g chedder grated
Boil the lentil pasta for 10 min
While that's boiling, cook the chicken for 5 min then add the bacon and some garlic and cook for a further 5 min. While that's cooked mix the eggs together then add the cheese. When the pasta is cooked turn the heat down on the chicken and spoon the pasta into the chicken pan. Don't worry about adding pasta water. Keep stirring it as you add more to mix it all. Then pour in the eggs and cheese and again keep mixing. The eggs should cook without scrambling off the heat of the pasta. The cheese should also melt. If it gets too thick add a little more pasta water.
Weight watchers. Id rather be in war. But it motivates her and she started lifting with me. It worked for her friends so she's confident about it.
I can try typing some shit in (you can type in an ingredient and recipes with it pop up) if anyone has any ideas they'd like to try. Unfortunately I don't get macros but it should be decent for you.
No macros unfortunately. They have their point system. Probably to simplify it for the fat women that use the system.
Ryder Russell
Keeping it simple is the only way I'm able to stick to a meal plan, i spice the meats and stuff with the basic salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder combo but apart from that i eat very plainly, works for me
Liam Long
Dang that stinks. I was thinking of making oven fried chicken though so I might just do this today.
Cameron Howard
I do the same thing, got a cool way to roast chicken and people say they get tired of chicken but I don't, the days I eat salmon I season it just like my chicken
Lucas Reyes
Hey whatever works for you bro
John Rodriguez
Well if anything WW recipes if following the serving size right, is good for you. I am not sure how points are tallied, but veggies, fruits, greens etc are 0 points. They're based off the macros so low points mean low in saturated fat, sodium and other shit you wanna avoid. So with the oven fried chicken I'd have a side of a chopped tomato and I did steamed green beans.
Hell yea, it's all about finding something you can sustain for the long term

>chicken and lentil Carbonara I'm italian, don't make me come over there to slap you
Aiden Campbell
Youre Italian mate. You'd run away faster than I could eat a a cornetto. It's the Italian way
Kevin King
Meal variety is the big important. I change everything up about once every week to 2 weeks. This rotation is
Breakfast: >3 eggs w/ hot sauce >plain oatmeal with 4 oz milk, 1 tbsp PB, cinnamon + 1 scoop >sausage
Lunch: >one cutlet pork tonkatsu >ketchup >half cup rice
Dinner: >two big spoons of turkey chilli >1/2 cup rice
Angel Campbell
The italian way is backstabbing, not escaping. That's the french dumbass.

>One of the authors, Professor Sonke Neitzel, cites, for example, a captured Italian admiral who tells a fellow prisoner that "everyone was running away and I couldn't defend Sicily". Then he adds tellingly, "I had the idea of running away as well".
The Italians in the wars were renown for giving up without a fight
Captain Schettino also didn't get the message.
Jacob Butler
>The Italians in the wars were renown for giving up without a fight Well duh, we changed side in that war like two hundred times, that's proper backstabbing.
Meats need no recipes. Only 1. Pan on. Drop meat. Turn meat. Take off when done to your liking. Works every time. You can add salt. You don't need to add salt. Don't find it to your liking? You are not hungry.

Pan seared and Oven Master race here.

That looks like complete shit, but hopefully it tasted breddy gud.
Keto will do that in a couple of weeks, but you're going to feel like shit in the gym.

Grilled ginger chicken thigh: Marinade in onions sauce and ground ginger for 15 minutes Put on grill for 6 minutes on low heat Flip and put back on the grill for 7 minutes at high heat
Macros: 1lb is 800 calories, about 105g of protein
Serve with broccoli and brown rice to get your micronutrients from the broccoli and extra calories/carbs from the rice.
The perfect Jow Forums meal for clean bulking (which you should be doing pretty much year round so that you stay decently lean while still getting stronger)
Being anal about getting the most protein per calorie could be achieved with protein powder and water, no reason to worry about that 24/7
Aaron Miller
Based. Keto tards are right for the wrong reasons: a low carb diet is way fewer calories than a normal diet without feeling like a diet
Christian Wilson
You should skip breakfast and put those calories into your other meals. It makes a cut more manageable trust me.
t. Dirty bulked then cut 10 lbs in 3 weeks

Probably not Jow Forums but pic related is what I made the other night, don't remember the measurements as I made it from scratch with no recipe. Ingredients are as follows.
Chicken breast Broccoli Carrots Red and Orange bell pepper White onion Rice Corn startch salt pepper Garlic Ginger long grain rice
sauce made with: basedboy sauce hoisin sauce honey pepper splash of rice vinegar
100% based. You can’t even taste the meat with all the different spices. You’re supposed to savor and enjoy the taste of it.

Idk about lentil pasta, but I've black bean pasta a few times and it has macros like you wouldn't believe, also the taste is pretty good. Of course it's expensive as fuck though.
Charles Bailey
Damn... wonder how hard it is to make my own bean/lentil pasta.
