Your numbers are fine for a beginner. Just stick to your progression and be patient. Don't let Jow Forums skew you with retarded numbers and crab bucketing.

Also I usually do near 12 chinups for the first set, but the webpage doesn't let you register more than 10 reps for some reason

My program had me deadlift once a week 1x5 so I changed it to once a week but 3x5 with slightly less weight. It worked great
