We've only been married for a little over a year and she's gained 20 pounds and show no signs of stopping. She used to have stomach like pic related but she has a little pouch.
I'm still continuing with my lifting and I thought she would continue to maintained her lifestyle. Now, she doesn't even care. I even overheard joking with her friends that since she's married she doesn't have to eat salads anymore.
What can I do to get her to cut this shit out?
