Went to see my Dad's gf as it's been a while since I paid her a visit and she couldn't believe how much weight I had lost. Only half a stone (7lbs) since the last time she saw me but in total it's 5.5 stone. Maybe this was the first time she saw me in well fitting clothes that weren't baggy.

It feels so nice having people notice your gains, especially when I've been going since November with the odd "hey you look like you've lost a little" but now it's "Holy shit user you're thin". I'm still high BF% but I'm going to work on that.

I think I'm going to stay twink mode though because I'm disabled and my knees are fucked, but they're loving me being lighter. They've never had it so easy.

Depends on how much you're supposed to eat.

Preferably you'd work out and eat like 1700 instead, then you burn 400-500, gain muscle, lose fat and also get to eat bigger meals. But the end result calorie wise would be the same as if you ate 1200.

That's a good thing on one way bro, just remember to remember how much you've progressed and maybe dwell on that time to time.

If you want to sweeten your tea but not worry about calories or carbs then try the sweetener erythritol. 0,2 calories per gram, glycemic index of 0 so it doesn't affect keto if you're into that kind of diet, it's 70% sweet like sugar but doesn't have any aftertaste. If you consume less than 50g in a day it won't affect digestion like malitol and other sweetners

Depends on your TDEE and how much you weigh and what your goals are, and how hungry you feel is a huge factor.

You want to make a lifestyle change and SLOWLY lose the weight, preferably while gaining muscle.
Trying to crash diet and just starve yourself will end up with you being skinnyfat and lethargic with no muscle, because you lose muscle together with that "weight" lost.

Depending on your goals it could also be a long road, so eating something you can really handle for a year and getting into that habit will be a lot easier to stick to. One "cheat" day can ruin a week or progress, remember.

thanks bro just dont worry about loose skin. for a while it was always on my mind as I was cutting down, but it really doesn't matter as most of what you see down there is fat that still needs to go. once you see your abs define slowly that's when you can start thinking about it, and if it really is bad once you hit 10% numbers u can always do surgery...its a 3-4hr procedure, heals up fast and you can hide the scar after no big deal. Always take things one step at a time. Think about the negative of today and how to clear that up, and think about the positive of tomorrow. if you think about the negative of tomorrow then you will become demotivated to fix the negative of today
