He hasn't lost weight. His last update was a year ago at 350, and if you look at recent photos, he is gaining weight. He reversed his surgery by drinking soda and eating fatty foods (all documented) and expanded his stomach back to its normal size. He tells people that ask him about his weight to fuck off and that it's not their business.

He said on stream he was "happy" to be 350 and is ok with dying a premature death, as long as he gets to eat everything. He has gone completely insane and threatens suicide every day, in person and on the internet. Most recently he went around a convention screaming at people about his eventual suicide.
