you only need like 50g for basic nutrition, 147g would be ideal cuz calories from protein are better than from carbs or fats, 100g is plenty if you arent going for a gain

If thats what your doctor reccomended, then listen to them. We have no clue what being very underweight for a long time may have done to your body and its digestive system.
Honestly, this is far beyond anything Jow Forums is qualified for, any dietary changes should be ran by your doctor.
