155lbs(68-69kg)
6’3”(190cm)

Currently doing nSuns 6 day split

3000 calories a day (200p, ~400c, ~80f) carbs and fat varies every day i only track calories and protein to the t.

So i’ve been stalling for months, what the culprit? Too much volume? Too little food? Not enough sleep?
Help me out please
