There is literally no way in fucking hell to hold heavy db in your feet like this and it will always slip away. Your option would be to tie this shit to your feet tight but it will take away the ability to walk.

Because additional sets are necessary to make them grow and I can't do 12 sets of deadlifts. Thus isolation work that is less taxing on the CNS to target the muscles of interest. I don't want to insult you but you're a wojac poster so you did it for me
