Bi's I do a bunch of different kinds of curls, 4x8-10 lower weight with full extension. Form is really important so you get the full extension/flex. Tris I do heavy dips/close grip and lighter pull downs/skull crushers

To be honest I´m struggling a bit with my kcal intake but I at least try to get above 100g of protein each day. Would you recommend another month of GOMAD to get above 3000 kcal?

Don't believe the memes most people don't hit 1234 that quick. Eat in a bigger surplus and make sure you're getting lots of protein. Keep going stay consistent you'll be fine

Yeah it used to be the size of my hand. It was pretty large and I couldn't workout because of it. Also the surgery was free so I didn't really have a reason not to.. I just got back into working out in November or something. Didn't start working chest again till about 1 month ago.
