Deadlift a lot, row twice as much as you bench/ohp

heavy bent over rows with cheat
face pulls
some pullups altough not much

also deadlifts
i can sumo 5plates for reps on good day
lately got little bit weaker due to SI injury

pull ups, rows, weighted pull ups, lawn mower starts, deadlifts

what are your bent over row and pull up numbers ? also height and bodyweight

6'2 (190cm tall) 93-94kg bw atm
did bent over rows with 2.5 plates for some reps

with a tad bit of cheat not super strict with that

pullups i can do like 8 strict full rom ones not my strongest point

Your back muscles pull your elbows behind you.
You get most of the work at the end of the lift so form is important for all of these workouts.

Not OP, I can't do pull-ups. I have an iron gym, I have rings, I have a dip station, I have one of the door frame bars where you unscrew the ends until it's wide enough to be tight.
Do you think I should fuck around with stuff like leg-assisted pulls or should I just get resistance bands and do banded pulls?

go with negatives or pullups with bands

bent rows have also good carryover to pullups (as evidenced by me, i rarely do pullups and they go up as my bent row goes up)

oh those def beat the living fuck out of your upper back, but dont do them in commercial gym on shit bars

I am not only able to do 0 pull-ups but I can't do a very good neg.
I do have a barbell and about 80kg in plates so I could theoretically do a bent row if I clean the rust and bird shit off of it.

Squat more, your ass looks like shit. Calf raises too, you don't want to look like a fucking retard. Other than that a lower bf% would put the cherry on top. Follow this and you'll thank me.

Frequency chins.
One set of band facepulls in the morning.
Weighted chins and cable or ring facepulls twice a week, and rowing/deadlifting once a week.
OHP and weighted carries will also blow up your traps.
