From quitting all those habits, I'm way hungrier now and am actually eating steady good meals everyday. Escaping skinny mode thanks to it, and because I'm not drinking myself retarded , I'm actually having a good recovery and gains. Problem is the boredom, loneliness, I've never built up discipline in anything in my life. So I have to start here if i ever want to make it

1. You're probably under slept and are "catching up", quotes because you can never catch up on missed sleep but you will feel better after getting 8 hrs every night no skips.

2. Caffiene blocks adenosine receptors, so your body produces more so that you can feel tired. Your body starts overproducing in response to those receptors being shut off. When you quit caffiene, you reopen those receptors but you're still producing the same amount of adenosine. That's why you're like, ohhhhhh shit I'm tired.

Make sure you are getting 8 hrs + every single night, no skipping. Don't look at screens an hour before bed.
