6'0 78 kg. Used to lift but surgeries on legs slowed me down but still remained a Jow Forumszen.

Would like more width and depth, and some work on lower back and trapezoidal. Couldnt DL for 3 years. This is about a month back and since then gained 6 kg. Goal is 86 kg at like 14% fat.

When I do barbell rows I feel nothing in my back but afterwards my upper back is pumped and when I do cable rows I feel my back work but I'm not nearly as pumped as with BRs. Which is better?

Honestly just increased meal frequency, not what I eat. Now I eat every 3 hrs, plus casein right before bed = 6 meals per day. Totals like 3300 cal/day, with a 30/35/35 macro split.

I could eat more but I'm a tad terrified of getting fat.

getting good quality calories in is the hardest part for me. doing my best to eat 4000 kcal, but sometimes i just cant get there. once your body adjusts to eating so much, it does get a little easier.

favorite back exercise is bent over barbell rows for sure. both overhand and yates rows (underhand).
