i'm sorry user, but your hand propertions tell me you are really gay.

gay or not gay my fingers are still numb
what do

Tennis elbow.
Specifically cubital tunnel syndrome.

see cubital tunnel syndrome
your ulnar nerve got compressed or some shit

dunno man, rope yourself? Maybe you will have better luck next time.

is this permanent?

i don't believe in reincarnation
this is the only life I will ever have
it's now or never

You may want to work on your circulation but it's perfectly normal to feel numb after a long ride.

Take a hot shower and stop warring, you're gonna make it. We're all gonna make it

>i don't believe in reincarnation
>this is the only life I will ever have
well too bad, because you will have another life, and in it you will be a chinaman.

well at least I'll be human

It's permanent in the sense that you would need surgery to prevent flareups.
It's pretty easy to manage with physical therapy though.

I get this shit in the same fingers when I sleep sometimes.

Probably because you sleep with bent elbows and/or on your arms which causes the nerve impingement after several hours. I have the same issue in my left arm so I use a night brace to keep my elbow from bending when I sleep.

That's very much possible, thanks for advice bro

You're probably riding a bike with flat bars, am I right? You need to change hand position every so often. Also wear cycling gloves. You might need to make adjustments to the height and reach of the handlebars, too.

He said chinaman

Yeah send that nigga to transportation/

>/n/
No, that place is an even worse shithole than Jow Forums is. Stay out of there.

I'm not sure what I do wrong
I just grab the gray handlebars and that's it

Its elitist and weird youre right
Op, get a set of metric alan keys and change your bike around to fit your own body. Like me. Then rule the streets with your tactical practical shitbox bike

Besides the elbow Thing it's also possible to numb the nerves with your soulderblade. Do some rotator-cuff and shoulder fixation exercises and look if it helps

thanks
I'll try these

You might have a pinched nerve. Does it hurt when you try to close your hand/is there some resistance?

none
only slight numbness

Yeah, wtf are those? Use curved handlebars the ones that you can hold with an upright hand
