Is 3000calories enough to bulk on @ 6’3”?
Not factoring in calories burned during training

Jow Forums recommends that you read the fucking sticky and calculate your T.D.E.E

Tdee calculators are a meme

you will need to try and see your weight if it goes up or down pure trial and error user

Same problem here. 6'3", 175 The TDEE calculators don't work for me. I have a sedentary job for the most part, but I cycle to and from it. Train 5 or 6 days a week , 4 of those being weights. The 3200 they suggest just doesn't seem like enough to bulk to me. I feel like I need a more detailed calculator than I can find on the internet.

Or you could just visit your physician and ask them to do a oxygen conversion test to find your true BMR and TDEE

How about just fucking weighing yourself
>Oh wow I'm losing weight
Eat more
>Oh wow I'm gaining too much weight
Eat less
How hard is that nigger

I'm 6'5 and I bulk on about 3200.

I'm 6'3" and bulking on nearly 4000
Weigh 75kg at the moment

Lolno
>maintenance@ 3500 while only 6' here

Count calories and eat 3200 for two to three weeks, then look if you've gained a pound or two. If you haven't, eat at 3400 and repeat

Alright my niggers i’ll bump up my cals

im 6.3 and bulk at 4k kcal

4k through food seems like a chore
You do a lot of shakes?

no, just force feeding myself. more calorie dense food helps

How is this thread still up and why did you make it? In the (reply to the) sticky is a link. It calculates your TDEE. Eat that plus 500kcals more to bulk.

>First breakfast
Bread, eggs and tahini
>Breakfast after workout
Oats
>Lunch
Dinner left over
>Slice of bulk food after midday gym
I use a peanut butter, coconut and oat mix
>Dinner
Staple + 1/3kg meat and veggies divided in half for tomorrow lunch.

Each meal is roughly the same amount of calories. First meal before 6am, last around 7-8pm

They're a starting point that you adjust when necessary.

3k is probably below even maintenance if your 6'3, workout and cycle a lot. Eat more goddammit. 4k is needed I'd say.

Lol, im 188cm and doing recomposition on ~4,5k

Pure trial and error, I'm 6'4 215 and I found that 3500 is like 0.25lb per week bulk

I'm 6'4" and bulk on 4500 but I do lots of cardio and don't suck as much dick as you do. I also weigh 275 @ 10%.

Your goal weight should be~ 260lbs so eat whatever maintenance would be for that weight
