How long did it take for you to achieve 1/2/3/4 since you started lifting? If you havent achieved it, how long do you think it will take?

>Im 20
>lifting 7 months
>Going to achieve it between 14-18 months, hopefully

9 months

I started lifting just shy of 1/2/3/4 but also I was really fat, like 250lbs

what are your current lifts?

3 months or so

28
Been at it a couple years, deadlift is lagging behind. I'm at the 1&2, I'll be at the 3 in a month. Still need 60lbs till the 4pl8.

>is that alex jones?
>google it
>it is alex jones

could this dude get any more based?

Took me over 3 years to hit all 4 for 1 rep. I trained pretty consistently too but slept like absolute shit and never did a program, just made up my own strength based routine with accessories and changed it up a little every so often.

I'm 6'1" and about 82kg atm, probably about 16% bf

Summer

Haven't reached anything after 6 months, but my guesses for when I'll reach them
>OHP: 2 months
>Bench: 3-4 months
>Squat: 2 months
>Deadlift: 3-4 months

you are summer

9 months in and i can do 1pl8 OHP and 3pl8 squat.
bench: ~4 more months
dl: ~5 more months

Just hit 1pl8x5 OHP on monday, felt good
Bench is around 185x5, probably a couple more months
Most recent squat max was 225x3 so I'm a bit off from that
DL not even close, I did 265x5 last time

Did a stupid ppl routine for about 5 months before hopping on SL in June. So after 8 months I’m getting close.
I hit 1 plate OHP already. 190 bench. 290 squat. 320 deadlift. All x5.

3 months due to muscle memory

>60kg OHP in 6 months
>160kg squat in 4 months
>180kg deadlift in 7 months
>100kg bench in 9 months.
@ around 190 - 200lbs 6'4.

Stop copying me, user

This is for reps, though, right???

Nobody is impressed by some red faced fat ass struggling to get 1 rep up.

how much reps are neccesary for a succes 1/2/3/4?
i could 1rep ohp and bench.3

Around year and half

1 successful rep minimum

Realistically he looked aesthetic as fuck.

you got body dysmorphia pla

Make your kids play sports in middle school.

for most natty's bear mode is the limit

What the fuck happened? He doesn't even look like the same person anymore

8-12 months on SL for 1R of each

>Finally hit 1/2/3/4
>shoulder injury
>notice huge imbalances in body
>have to stop Push days
>lose motivation completely
>don't work out for 6 months
>have to start over completely

I’ve been lifting on and off for about a year (broke my wrist)

>1-2months. I just completed 2pl8 bench for reps. I’m just scared to do 3 pl8 squats without a spotter

it'll come back faster than before user, stay strong

What is 1/2/3/4?

I could do the 1/2 my first day lifting. 3/4 within my first 3 or 4 months. If you don't achieve this, you do not have the test levels to bother.

1 plate on both side of the bar overhead press.
2 plates on both side of the bar bench press.
3 plates on both side of the bar squat.
4 plates on both side of the bar deadlift.

ive stopped caring for that, my body composition is so fucked. I can 1.5pl8 ohp 5 reps easy, but i can barely do the same weight bench press for 2 reps. Knee bending on ohp is minimal as well.

So... 60kg OHP, 100kg Bench, 140kg squat and 180kg DL. But how many reps? One rep max?

...

>minimal
then its not ohp you stupid retard

same I could within 6 months. However I wasn't fucking around. All my friends said a reverse 5x4 was stupid but it worked great for me.

Those demonic potbellied hobgoblins in Congress trying to instill the NWO had him making so many mental gains, his body couldn't keep up. He had to perma-bulk to make sure his body will survive through the 3+ weeks comas when he is communicating directly with the fabric of the universe to seek ultimate truth. His current form is one of sacrifice for the betterment of humanity as a whole. His mission is a thankless one, but one of the most important missions anyone in the history of humanity has ever undertaken.

Bar above head pressing upwards with arms, squeezing the bar with hands, and slight knee bend press.

Is that better, dumbass?

I'd also say within 3 months and I was training and eating like a total prat.

My goal is 1/2/2/3, so I will never make it to 1/2/3/4.
