You cannot get omega-3 or 6, K2, B12, D3, or full chain amino acids without animal products. Eat red meat and fish or you will be severely deificient in the basic building blocks of the human body and you will eventually kill your children for it. You are omnivorous, you have evolved to be omnivores, your bodies need it. the only person I know that went strict vegan was a hippie woman. she looked look someone suffering from aids, dunked cheeks and poor color in her face. she stopped getting her period. bouts of depression.

You can turn ALA into DHA and EPA. Vegans are able to do this very efficiently, your body is generally able to adapt. You can also get vegan DHA and EPA derived from algal sources.
