I've grown my hair out before, because I was obsessed with the idea of being a trap for a while and generally hippy stuff.

but I cut it because I look significantly better with short hair

it's very soft and people are jealous of it sometimes for some reason? I'm a guy so it's weird and in the past even some girls said they were jealous

I had no idea I had wavy hair until now

had my hair down to the bottom of my ass crack before. grew it since about 16, now in my 30s and cut it only a handful of times since, originally because i liked long hair, now mostly because laziness and i cant find a shorter hairstyle that would hide a receeding hairline reasonably, and i'm not old enough to go full bald to shave it yet.
if you do grow your hair long, when you get it cut a bit make sure to leave it to grow further than you want by a large margin, then you can donate the amount you get cut off so they can make wigs for children with cancer with it and shit, least that's a nice feeling

My hair is a securitything, like hoodies
my hair is a very odd color, people tell me its red or brown or dirty blonde but there hasnt been a concrete color for it. also its very soft and tangles alot people used to touch my hair too

Not me but I had a friend who was growing their hair out but cut it suddenly. It was literally the best hair i'd seen on a human before so I'll describe it from memory

He just wanted to look like a unkempt dude but it looked so good that it didn't work

Blonde and curly, looked exactly like a surfers hair. He didn't have access to a shower a lot so he didn't get to wash it often, but he didn't really need to, look-wise. Always looked washed. Didn't smell it, though, so I let him use my shower whenever needed. Also, looked good when wet.
