It's a hard call man because ultimately I guess it comes down to genome. We don't really know, epigenetics, genetics, sociology, memetics, all of that.

I figure in terms of the "guns germs and steel" manifesto I can't really say otherwise. It is what it is. Perhaps it is the case I come from a people who didn't have to plan for weather which needed crop rotations or inclement circumstances.
