Nigga the fug are you doing. Literally just turn the pan on high, with as little oil as possible to cover the pan, crack the egg, add it to the pan and then wait until the egg coagulates and flip it (flipping is optional, but if you choose not to then you'll need to put the heat slightly lower)

"there is a for time for everything" is a phrase generally used for a strange event that occurs. Like say a hailstone the size of a football killed someone in the UK, you'd say "Wow, that is crazy, but I guess there is a first time for everything"

You could also use a spoon to take some of the hot oil and put it over the egg instead of flipping it. I know it works because my mom does it that way but you need to do it continuously.
