Seeing those numbers go up is a great feeling. I had some serious problems squatting at first but I think those are gone now. One day I will be big and stronk.

symmetricstrength dot com

Been lifting for around 10 months

Attached: Capture.png (893x814, 407K)

stats?

I weigh around 185lbs, my stats on my main lifts are:

front squat 235lb x 8
benchpress: 260lb x 5
OHP 165lb x 5
Pendlay row 255 x 5

I use a bit of hip and leg drive on my rows though so the form isn't super strict.

I'm just doing the bro split and trying to hit a pr everytime I go to the gym

Im currently doing a full-body routine around 3-4 times a week:

A

Front squat 3 x 8
Bench press 3 x 5
Incline bench 3 x 5
Pendlay row 3 x 5
Lateral raise 3 x 12
optional lift: barbell curl 3 x 5-8

B

Front squat 3 x 8
Overhead press 3 x 5
Close grip bench 3 x 8
Weighted chin up 3 x 5
Pendlay row 3 x 8-10 (lighter than A routine)
optional lift: preacher curls 3 x 8

3 months of SL + 5 months of madcow = this monstrosity

Why the fuck my legs suck so bad?

lifts in pic
so my week goes like this:
mon: 9km jog
tues:pull ups
wed:20km bike
thurs:pull ups
fri:20km bike
sat:pullups
sun:20km bike

pull ups sessions are like warmup and warmup series that take up to 40min then i do 9 series of weighted pull ups starting with roughly + 72kg neutral grip 2reps and then after a break i do 5 reps with regular grip with ~57kg on belt i do that in turns untill i reach 9 sets, i also gradually decrease the weight untill like 67kg on the 2 rep sets and 51kg on the 5 reps sets. after that i do 3-4 sets of isometric hols with chin above the bar starting with 47kg at belt and decreasing by 4kg per set, regular pullup grip. those are workouts on tues and sun. On thurs i usually train one arm pull ups and lately i go easy on it doing like 8-10 sets of 5 reps per arm with 4kg assistance. As for jogging and bike days theres nothing special about it my 9km best time is just under 45min and i dont give a fuck about my bike times.

I used to train a bit of bench and ohp at sundays but i took a break like 2 months ago. i guess i should go back but i hardly seen progress on it despite being newbie at it. lately i also try a bit of bench at saturdays after pull ups.

Lmao post body

ive posted it on my and frens normiestagram with other lifts before i started taking creatine to check if creatine does anything, for comparison i guess. autistic_pull_ups if u really want to see it

like what kind of progress can i expect with doing ohp and bench once a week? would 5x8 reps or 5x5 be enough?

>tfw lmao 2pl8 bench is still my weakest lift

What's wrong with me bros

Post man

My long alien legs make it hard to squat. 73kg, 6'2'' (190cm) and almost 5 months in

Attached: 11.png (803x919, 252K)

I might add that I weighted 64kg few months ago and looking at symmetric strength at that weight I would be fully blue. Maybe my legs are still weak from my Auschwitz days

You haven't lifted enough

Trust the process

Same, OHP is robbing me of full green man, except for my back which has always been overdeveloped

>300 bench in 10 months

Natural?

Ive recently hopped on a sarms cycle of ligandrol (lgd-4033), but almost all of my progress has been done naturally. So far lgd has only increased my bench by 10lbs from the 250lb x 5 before my cycle.

What were your lifts when you started?

>all these people with all proficient/exepctional
>lifting for 8 months guys

bullshit

>handing in natty card with less than a year's training under your belt
pathetic.

A 100kg male at 170cm will be stronger than a 100kg male at 200cm. The site not using height parameters makes it a lot less accurate.

I just recently started taking it (2 weeks in), but basically, all my lifts were around 10lbs lighter so:

Benchpress: 250lb x 5
Front squat: 225 x 5
Pendlay Row: 245 x 5
OHP: 150 x5

I meant when you started lifting lol

shouldnt they have about the same strength just that the shorter guy have shorter rom?

It's not that surprising. 1/2/3/4 is pretty much proficient/advanced if weigh less than 190 lbs.
