Hammer curls with every bicep workouts. The rest of back day exercises also hit forearms pretty well, especially power shrugs with 100+ kilos load.

Well, I was doing them strict, but at certain weight it gets hard to go the whole way up, so I started cheating a bit with the leg drive. Sue me.

If you have the body mass of an infant it aint that hard to fill out.
Anyone above 6 feet has pretty much more mass to gain before that person would look beefier

This is what I do too. Improvement in just 2.5 months. Couldn't even hold a 2pl8 deadlift lmao. Now can hold 3pl8. Hammer curls, pullups, deadlifts, rdl, bent over rows and bb shrugs.

Don't need to train them if you're doing all the big compound exercises they'll get big anyway, isolation exercises are a waste of precious time in the gym
