I was so delusional. Mostly ate a vegetarian diet, sometimes I would have some fish.

Otherwise I ate a typical countryside diet with lots of meat (pork/veal), potatoes, tomatoes, other home grown veggies. I definitely ingested more carbs than I should have during my childhood days.

I guess you'd call it a regular diet, though between the ages of 13-17 I had some pretty bad health issues (both mental and physical) and I didn't eat much at all. And even when I did, there was a good chance I'd get severe stomach aches and vomit all the food up anyway.

Pasta must have been by far the most common food in my diet, followed by beef. Lots of milk and dairy products.
Not many sugary treats because I never much liked sweet things, but a hell of a lot of salty, fried foods so it's not like I ate healthy or anything. Also very little greens and fish because I've always been stupidly picky.

I doubt I maxed my height gains growing up, but I'm pretty much in line with the rest of my generation within the family so it's ok. We're all lanky faggots between 6'3 and 6'7.

Mainly grains, rice and beans, a lot of meat (there was a time I ate 1 kg of chicken drumsticks), a lot of vegetables (mostly lettuce), eggs very rarely, dairy products daily but not much and pasteurized (think enough cottage cheese for a slice of bread, and a glass of milk), 2 to 4 slices of bread, pasta once a week, legumes (carrots, zucchini, etc), some fruit (2 or 3 pieces a day)
I've grown much more than what I was supposed to according to that father and mother equation
I would have done things differently specially during preganancy, my wife will have to eat specific foods and supplement specific nutrients
