1. people who donate blood do it to feel better about themselves not to help people
2. imo ratio of good people to bad people is like 20/80 so when you donate blood there's 80% chance that you will save someone not worth saving
3. I want to create pressure on researchers working on synthetic blood, the less natural blood we have to more money will go on those research

Saving people ins't a simple arithmetic though. Just because you're letting 8 bad people die while only letting 2 good people die does not mean that this is necessarily better than save all of these people. You have to compare how much good those 2 people would have brought to the world compared to the bad those 8 other would bring.

i've donated blood quite a few times. there were blood drives in my uni and every time they gave you a little bag of goodies. that's why i did it.
they gave you

i mainly did it for the goodies.
that said, people itt are experts at poking holes and mocking any moral stance you might have without actually comitting to a position themselves. completely worthless in an argument, so you should just not bother with it. their highest moral position is disinterest and they despise anybody who cares about anything.
