good diet is 70% on loosing weight and just 30% on exercise
so you are pretty much eating more than you should

i dont have a diet and only i did cardio the first month
with clothes i look good but when take off my shirt.......

Fat isn't that bda, mostly you're gonna want to cut down on carbs and anything that seems like junk food, don't go full keto though.
