What all do you do?

eat less you fat bastard

lift weights

good diet is 70% on loosing weight and just 30% on exercise
so you are pretty much eating more than you should

84-82kg180cm
i dont have a diet and only i did cardio the first month

with clothes i look good but when take off my shirt.......

no deadlifts

two months ago i changed the gym with a friend and now usually only use machines

that's a perfectly normal weight for your height unless you have significantly lower than average muscle mass or a small frame

Fat isn't that bda, mostly you're gonna want to cut down on carbs and anything that seems like junk food, don't go full keto though.
