Extremely hot.
The kind of weather that makes you wish you had an AC.

>Extremely hot.
Never come to Australia during summer, you'll melt on contact.

not happening anymore

Get on my level, this is today's high (May 29), hottest month is July when it will get up to (((47-50C))) during the day.

Not many people will be able to get on my level because Phoenix Arizona is one of the hottest metropolitan (1 million+ ppl) cities on Earth, and Yuma, Arizona is the sunniest city on Earth. Only North Africans and fellow southwestern US cities can compete.

fucking 50 degrees? How is that liveable? It's gotten up to 40 here before and I thought that was insane, one of my friends had his ps3 melt because it was so hot.
I suppose AC helps, no real need for AC here since it stabilises around 30c in the summer and that's basically survivable

AC and we get our water from the SRP and CAP which redirects water from the Salt and Colorado rivers via canals hundreds of miles long, some of the canals were originally built by ancient Natives. And that's all you really need to live in deserts, and you get used to the air temps eventually.

I like how I can recognize your posts immediately.

Climbed any good mountains lately?

when temperatures are regularly higher your body adapts to it
look at the aussies. They're basically made of the same stock as you and they get along fine in way higher temperatures

Not recently but I've been planning to climb a 3000m peak in the White mountains sometime this summer, probably when the wildfire danger rating drops below Extreme or High.

malaysia’s supposed to be a fucking jungle so when it gets to about 40c it feels like the air’s tryna choke you cause its so humid and shit
idk how you guys can survive in 50c without having your skin burnt off though

Just got a cold

I made a joke about cracking an egg on the sidewalk last summer, it actually cooked. At least you guys have electricity longer than 2 hours a day and don't have to rely on generators.

People do that out here for novelty and sometimes use pans and actually eat sidewalk fried eggs lol. If you use a metal pan in 110F+ (43C+) air temp the pan will reach in excess of 150F (65C) within an hour out here, almost enough to cook meat.

Air conditioning in Phoenix didn't become common until after WW2 though, when GI's that worked on and trained in WW2 airplanes in Phoenix factories and air bases found the real estate market enticing and decided to settle here. It must've been miserable before that. We have a very large nuclear power plant providing extra electricity to the city now though. It must suck relying on only generators.

lol whoops that was a Tuscon video, here's a Phoenix one cooking an egg.

I lived in Sudan for a couple years and 30 degrees became a cool day, below that people would start wearing jackets

anything less than 45°c is cold

>anything higher than 15°c
