What videogames does Jow Forums like?

These are the games that I like.
I tend to only install/have games that I keep replaying over time.

I like fighting games and character action games, also RPG and grand strategy games, and FPS, I like a great variety of genres.

Is openTTD hard to get into?

I bought RE2, DUSK and DMC5 during the steam sale. Playing 2nd run RE2 right now and then the other 2.

If you've ever played any management sim, you won't have too much time adjusting.
Game loop is basically just connecting resources and where they go to, to make money. (coal to nuclear plants, people from city 1 to city 2, mining outputs to factories)
What's a little more complicated is learning how trains and signals work to make things efficient and autistic.
Some /v/ user recently hosted a server and some guy new to OpenTTD screwed up his first attempt but finally got it in the second, so it's not that hard to get into.
Airplanes are easy mode, and you can use this while learning the ropes.

MCC was 1, 2, 3 and 4 at launch. ODST and reach are DLC, reach still isn't out yet.

Currently playing a lot of Ace Combat 7. Just a simple fun arcade style game, and I recommend it for anyone who even thinks they might enjoy a plane game, but not a sim game.

Dwarf fort:sometimes but I just get too scared and not play it. cool mechanics in creating lore though
capitalism 2/labs:neat economic sim. haven't gotten to play it lately since moving to linux and wine is messing with my touchpad/regular mouse, it moves way too fast or a major delay in mouse movement
dominions/crusaderkings/vikky2/hoi3/homm3: some have the same problem as above, but I am allowed freedom to rule and strategize
nethack/elona/cdda/infra/unreal wolrd:cool ideas and practices for quick game sessions

Just managed to install viva pinata after like 3 hours of looking for fixes, games for windows live was a mistake greater than life.

I always wondered why this concept was never done by anyone else, the idea of having to manage a garden and also a food chain is pretty fun, grow some veggies so you can tame a mouse, so then you can tame a sneak, so then you can tame a bird, so then you can tame a fox, etc..
