I don't think there's any concrete plans (this always happens spontaneously) but there's no way they won't go after Jow Forums next and you know it. An easily accessible clearweb forum that lets nazis discuss freely and is big enough to end up on international news is no longer sustainable. Extremely few ISPs can fend off DDoS attacks, they're all susceptible to mainstream media pressure and the mainstream media opinion is clearly opposed to such sites.
Sure, the core 10% of us can split up over a bunch of tiny imageboards instead, but where's the point in that.

I still think this place is mild enough to get only a wrist-slap, considering it probably leaks info to the people who would want it closed in the first place. The way I see it it's more probable they'd go for other smaller imageboards so they can cull anons into one place and monitor them. You can't doubt them being dumb and trying to divide anons though, i don't particularly think it would necessarily be bad since it would drive people into going for newer less-regulated places and make free-speech more accessible little by little again.
