You gain weight if you eat more than you burn, it's very simple. Gain more calories than you burn.

Protein
Fat has more than twice as many calories per gram as carbohydrates and proteins.

fat : makes cell linings and hormones

carbohydrates: breaks into glucose.

if thats really true go to the doctor. if you really are a medical anomaly and cant take in more calories than you need to gain weight (rare as fuck) the you might need help. or see a nutritionist who can help you get a diet that allows you to eat more without shitting yourself all day. im a lanklet too who struggled with weight gain for a long time but honestly its just us underestimting actual calorie intake for the most part. was 65 kg at 193 cm a year or so ago and now im at 75
