South America would probably be divided into paradise colonies for the Spanish and Portuguese, who would use the delicate, feminine natives as house servants and sex slaves, and would probably have to import African slaves for the manual labor. It's entirely possible that the Catholic Church would attempt to overtake the colonies due to the astounding amount of gay sex happening, which could lead those colonies to secede from Spain and Portugal altogether and create a new country, if not a new church.
I also have to wonder if the natives and Europeans would blend together like in our timeline, or if the natives would be barred from breeding with whites in order to preserve their hyperfeminine qualities. If that's the case, then the society would have a few castes: Europeans at the top, a class of hyperfeminine natives who serve the Europeans as pleasure slaves, and a class of African manual laborers much lower than the other two.
Fast-forward a couple hundred years and I imagine that these colonies could become powerful world players. The Spanish Empire almost entirely existed in the New World, so if the New World colonies seceded, Spain would be crippled; Portugal could still support itself off its trade in the Indian Ocean. Either way, I think that New Spain would have an interesting role to play in the new world, possibly redefining Western Christianity and the history of the Americas as a whole.
