Gentoo was the best Linux distro for desktop once I set it up. Had less issues than shit like Debian where you were dealing with literally 5-10+ year old versions of software which made it very difficult to install anything that wasn't part of the repo.
Compare that to gentoo where you could have multiple versions of the same package.

pretty comfy but why is your taskbar turquoise? clean up your shortcuts before you get used to that mess (empty folder, setup program)

remove drop shadow on the windows. remove grey background on anime girl (what's with the blurred dress? just find a better image). Jow Forums css needs more contrast.

like that makes it better. here's some tips for you since you have no inherent taste whatsoever:

neon contrasts with matte; pixel-art contrasts with vector(ish) image; it just looks bad and out of place.

the cropping makes it even more jarring and the transparency makes no sense (there's nothing behind it) and further conflicts with the style of everything else on the desktop.

It's sad though, because after cropping and resizing to fit the screen, the bottom row of buttons semi-covers up her feet, mainly her toes. Although I guess that keeps me from licking my screen every time I unlock my phone.
