i wonder if i just won't wake up in the morning if i sleep now instead of trying to counteract this somehow. that seems oddly satisfying.

I had 220/90 before. Bf FLEW to the hospital otherwise a blood vessel in my occipital lobe would have ruptured and killed me instantly. It's one of the scariest things possibly ever.

>squandering a chance to die swiftly AND naturally
Buddy we need to have a talk... What are you doing here?

>buddy
Lmao, things were different then. Lost 40% of vision in my right eye tho, so still got residual damage. I'm probably drowning myself in a few years

What is with the sudden influx of trip fags on Jow Forums? There are so many now it is unreal. How come and where did you all come from (what other board or website)?

I'm an undocumented /x/ and Jow Forums immigrant

How do you check your blood pressure?

you can buy small cuffs/machines for home. the ones with cuffs that go around the arm are more accurate than the tiny ones you get on the wrist typically.

Sphygmomanometer. I'm not kidding, that's how it's actually pronounced. You can get em online.

Start doing cardio, watch your numbers drop

My lowest throughout the day is 43, recently got a heart monitoring watch and my average is 43.
Tuesday was the first day with the watch so the data isn't accurate since I only did exercise with it

Sorry to add to my previous message, my lowest Heart rate was 38.
Would like to get to 30, would be interesting

I've got a different issue, my blood pressure is fucking low sometimes.
It drops into the 80s range quite often, but usualy is around 90/55-100/60
>stand up
almost black out, get tunnel vision
>try to do something
no energy
>do cardio
takes 15-20 minutes before my power output gets up, takes about half an hour for max power.

Oh sounds like you have orthostatic hypotension and/or dysautonomia, my mom gets that

Is it dangerous?
Not a medfag, so no idea what you are talking about....

Not usually, just bad if you overexert yourself or stand up too fast because you have a chance of fainting.

user, is cardiac hypertrophy dangerous???? Should I stop doing cardio

Nope, it's commonly known as athlete's heart. Looks bad on paper but you're much healthier on average.
