There's a ton of resources out there, but I started with manual stretches. Make two OK signs with your hands, grab below the glans with one and pull down with the other, and hold for at least 2 minutes, at least five times a day.
When you get enough skin, you can either buy a device or make one yourself.
Personally I think stretching manually with or without a device is more effective than leaving one on all day, as you need to give the skin a rest and good bloodflow.
I made a cannister stretcher out of an old prescription bottle, for example.
It might take a while to see any effect, but once you do, it's like "holy shit this is actually working". It's a mind fuck.
