Where I live, most people have 1.5 or higher meter walls with barbed ware or electric fencing if you have the money, the blacks spend their time patrolling and sleeping on the streets and the whites spend their time bunkering in their homes, having to practically draw an escape plan to go to the convenience store

Cape Town is pretty much white haven, very little crime and can be considered a first world city to a lot of people.
