The more I encounter and meet new women, the more I realize just how status obsessed, entitled, and immature most of them (though not EVERY one) are. It feels like these women haven't done almost any emotional maturing since they were in their early teens. On top of this, they are armed with the idea that they have been brutally oppressed for their entire lives. Western women have been taught from childhood that the boys they grew up with had everything so easy simply because they were born male. This combination leads to behaviour that you might expect from a little kid being near ubiquitous. For example: I have encountered numerous women who say things like "Don't even try to discuss this with me. I will definitely win that argument" or "Your opinion is less valuable because you are both white and male". No meme, I've had these things said to me several times. I believe there is a correlation between these bahaviours and the sharp increase in young women having casual sex with numerous partners. I suppose this works out for young men in the short term (its easier to get laid), but I fear that it burns us in the end as our pool of potential marriage partners is filled with women who have no respect for themselves, women that have had sex with +10 men in their lives. These women will not make good life partners or mothers.
I always held on to the idea that as I got older, women would become more and more appealing mentally. However now I fear this is not the case. I have recently started observing similar behaviour from my own mother when she speaks to my father. Western women seem to emit an aura of petulance and superiority that I don't sense in most men.
We now arrive at my main question: What are the options for Western men? Should we got look for a wife and life partner in a foreign country where the dating culture and gender dynamics are better? Should we just accept that we have to tolerate this sort of immaturity from our own women? I don't know about you guys, but I don't want to be MGTOW. I want what previous generation had. I want a loving and supportive wife that isn't subversive and childish.
I feel that I should clarify what I'm saying: I don't expect women to be wards of their fathers and husbands. I don't expect all women to be baby makers and homemakers. I am just troubled by how common this immature and self-serving behaviour seems to be in Western women around my age (18-25), as these are the women I am socially expected to choose a wife from.

welcome to hell user. the truth is there is no solution, western women has already reached the point of no return. unless the world ends tomorrow and we revert back to a tribal society where competent men can once again take the leading role through strength and wit, the rot and decay of morals and values will continue spiralling and reach entirely new levels. this is the consequence of the state acting as a women's de-facto "husband" by providing her safety and resource, and is the inevitable side effect of technological advancement. you can see foreign women too becoming the same as western influence and lifestyles pervade their nations. the best course of action to save your sanity is to just hopefully wait until technology had advanced even more to the point where the love and affection you seek can be provided artificially, but as you said, you do not want to give up, and I respect that. So what to do? Keep trying i suppose. Meet new women, go out there search for the very few that deserve the title of a woman and not a whore. It may take decades but hopefully you'll come across one. The exact opposite happens. Once a man has fully matured by his late 20s/early 30s, women are hopelessly beneath him. It's a special kind of loneliness to realise that even if you managed to find a loyal woman who truly loves you, she could never be your 'other half', because she wouldn't be your equal.

Modern western women are pretty awful but modern western men are just as bad. A lot of them have no major goals or ambitions, are porn addicts or have some other form of addiction, have no hobbies or interests besides vidya and podcasts, maybe the gym if they are more active types, dont feel they should have to grow up and havent matured since their early teens, think they are entitled to respect despite being completely without honor or respect for anyone themselves, dont think they should have to settle down, dont want to provide for a wife or kids, and basically just wanna be coddled by their mom and let her do everything for them.

Of course playing video games is something to do and therefore technically a hobby, but its not really something that would make a person interesting. I think some people are just inherently interesting separate from how they spend their free time. I don't think its hobbies that make or break someones personality. Hobbies are just something to do. For example, I enjoy studying and reading books about history. This is my main hobby but I don't think it makes me an interesting person, which is why I don't really think any hobby or interest has the power to make someone intriguing or fun to talk to.
