I'm a Christian as well.
I certainly love Varg as a "teacher," of sorts, on living a simpler, wholesome life, but I can't say I'm a complete follower of his teachings since he sees Christians as no different than Jews or Muslims.
While Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are all Abrahamic religions, Christianity is the only one to have a reformation. Any barbarism Varg applies to Christian history were committed by non-Christians under the guise of Christianity since, following The New Testament, those horrific acts should not have occurred. I know that can simply be written off as a "no true scotsman" argument, but the reformation of Christianity and introduction of The New Testament were literally to make the barbaric nature of The Old Testament null and void.
I don't know. I'm ranting now.
