The +3 bonus comes when you capture an enemy capital
If you've any questions feel free to ask. The gist of it is to command "Fill this location" until it is filled, and count the bonuses that you are given by filling that specific location.

Nice! I'm sure you already know this but your post number determines how many tiles you'll conquer. You just conquered 10 tiles with your dubs. The more regions you conquer the greater your bonus becomes (the island of Britain is worth 5 extra tiles per round, Ireland is worth 3 extra)

2 tiles per round I mean. If you take hold of both Ireland and Britain then you'll be getting seven extra tiles per round. This is how the expansion works in this game.
