Nah, the condition is called androgenic alopecia which is genetic. It can start both in young and older age, testosterone is also at it's higest point in your youth then it decreases with age. Testosterone is also converted into dihydrotestosterone which is what attacks your hair follicles when you have this condition, it can happen even if you have low levels of testosterone generally.
