There's lots of problems with Russia, unfortunately, and a lot to work on, but I think most can be fixed from the upper level if people in power actually wanted to. Even mentality can be changed with a certain effort. But I wouldn't like to get too political on Jow Forums, so without going into details I will just say country's economical policy, foreign policy and certain aspects of people's mentality.
