Look up Castile soap on Amazon. It’s the base of what every soap in the store uses without the chemicals and dyes. Also, you can throw in baking soda to eliminate smell and coconut oil to hydrate the skin while killing bacteria. Also, shave your arm pits and put baking soda there instead of deodorant. Trust me, it will completely block out any smell, especially if you mix it with a little coconut oil. Deodorant is the #1 endocrine disruptor. Also, steer clear of any root/plant extracts like lavender extract, peppermint, etc. they mimic estrogen very strongly.

I never use deodorant, I dont have body odour and shower everyday so I dont have to worry about it, I've heard of using coconut oil before, not sure about the bking soda, thanks for the advice pal.
