Probably too much fat. For example, I used to have a 6 packs, and the more I drink 6 packs, the more it vanishes. Now I can't see it anymore. It's still there though. Just make sure you have a calorie deficit at the end of each day and you'll eventually get there.

We are piece of life that creates own image and plays it (Genesis 1:27 So God created man in His own image). We get so tangled to our own creation that it can kill us and bring us into hell. We think that something or someone causes our misery even when we alone create everything within.

We have all this mysterious desire to do something, be something more. It usually manifest itself trough sexual ways, materialistic ways, through parenthood, dating, drugs, games, food, alcohol.. you name it. Through that it leads nowhere, it keeps us happy for a moment and then we need more. So where we are now? We are piece of life that want to experience bigger part of it. Through physical ways it finds not that part and when that need to expand finds no expression we create this pain within. So what to do? This is what meditation is all about. We wan't to think nothing, be nothing because that is just the data we gathered from the physical and created self from it. When we learn to be still, just be as piece of life, something start to happen that seems to expand you into everywhere. It seems to that consciousness, awareness is the basic that exist and everything else is manifest of it.

What (((they))) wan't is to bind us more and more into physical, sins, into that rat-race i wrote about above, so that we wouldn't learn or even think about this.

Full contact sparring with head shots is not a sensible way to train. Find a gym that doesn't do it. Plenty of pro fighters are aware of the dain bramage problem and are working around it. For what it is worth, I think that lifting weights & learning to fight are the two biggest returns on investment that a young man can make in himself. If Jow Forums can drive more down this path, all the better.

It's legit your bones get denser from training. Increased Calcium from Whey, Casein and milk will increase your body's bone density

I'm not a medanon, so cue up the bro-science klaxon, but I've spent some time looking at this problem. I'd recommend you stay away from working out in a fasted state until you've spent a couple of weeks doing intermittent fasting to make some adjustments to your metabolism. If you're currently eating a normal diet with plenty of carbohydrate, your body will burn (in order):
- Available sugar in bloodstream
- Glycogen stored in liver and muscle tissue
- Protein will be converted into glycogen (via gluconeogenesis). This means you'll be burning lean tissue mass.
You'll need to teach your body to burn fat by either staying off carbs for a month or intermittent fast (which isn't as good, but better than nothing). This'll prep your metabolism to switch to ketogenic pathways and burn off the flab. Keep up the salt intake (1-2 teaspoons a day) and have fun.
