I wanted to make something that looked like a nice pleasant town but as time went on it gradually became apparent that there was a large number of mysteries which no one really knows the truth about, kind of like a secret "lost history"
I was originally going to have the main guy be an archivist but then he wouldnt really be out exploring the environment so he wouldnt notice all the oddities

oh yeah, I cant really decide between the chief or the lonely monster
I feel like they would both contribute some "secret knowledge" to the general mystery of the place

Is that a steampunk world

Live in a cozy cabin in the village's "All Roads Lead™" borders of a hellenic seaside on rolling hills with a mediterranean climate as a carpenter with Christmas Cake™, an inviting pendant, a soft blanket and a bronze bracelet. The village's four famous places are a fairy grove, an old castle, a healing spring, and a siren overlook; plus a nature sprite and its respective ruined cathedral, but they're not often talked about for some reason.
Basically peak gomf with a bit of mystery.

Sorrowful mask + bronze bracelet means I will be closer to my lover than I could be with anyone else. Pretty romantic tbdesu
