geany

sublime 3

nano, notepad++

it's amazing how much I constantly wish for nano's ^K/^U in standard gui editors for immediately cut/pasting whole lines
and literally a third of my screen is covered in tabs (in two panes, too) when I open up notepad++ since I'll entirely forget about certain things if I had to remember to go open them

This

atom

Sublime is the one true text editor.
Anything without multiple selections is a waste of time.
If you don't use multiple selections at least twice a day, you're a confirmed brainlet.

Vim and geany.

Vim
VSCode

>72% of people don't like Vim

Used to use Sublime, but it's paid software so I can't use it at work.
I tried VS code and it was okay, except for the part where it's built upon Electron (slow to start, high memory usage).
So I just gave up and riced vim and never looked back.

hexedit

All peeps use vim. I'm even using it in visual studio

GNU Emacs
