It starts with G, therefore it must be a based free-as-in-freedom piece of software.
It just werks. Syslinux always breaks for me.

Weird. Never ran into that with grub.
For Syslinux, i would set it up during the install process, but then my machine would fail to boot afterwards.

Sorry, the microsoft windows10 pro does not have this problem
Fucking Debian had problems with GRUB for a damn long time, for most of the lifespan of 8.0 as Stable. It was always a matter of luck for me, sometimes it would install nicely and sometimes I had to try another distro. All on the same computer.
If your software does not work under expected and reasonable conditions, sorry, it's not the users' fault.
Fucking hell why did you have to make Team Mini look like a bunch of retards...
Typical of a mini to fail to figure out how to boot

that would be lilo
So you unironically never had that with GRUB? That's unfanthomable to me.
>GRUB
I just use systemd-boot, because it's installed anyway.
Nope, never. GRUB is actually the only one that ever worked for me.
I might give syslinux another go. I probably just fucked something up in the syntax or whatever
It doesn't check if there's enough space in the boot partition before installing new kernels.
Any ELILO noggers here

I DONT WANT TO BE TEAM MINI
LOL
How do you do it buddy
There's no escape from EFI, might as well use it.
I'll cream your pie
But doesn't that still need a bootloader?
EFI loads the kernel, you only need efibootmgr to write the boot entry.
>why installing GRUB on /dev/sda1 doesnt works?!
