Load it up with 4000 and see how it fares

That's what I have my rtorrent seedbox for. I just use qBT for quick downloads on the desktop.

how good is the anonymous feature on qbittorrent? I've been using it sparingly for a few months with ssh tunnel with no troubles. vuse and utorrent haven gotten me caught despite using ssh, so fuck them.

I liked to use transmission on my VPS, but lately it hasn't worked.

Not an argument, a good software will work with anything you throw at it.

µ-tard here and I haven't gotten qbT to stall
Stay mad baitOP

>just use 2 pieces of software instead one 1 working piece!

I've been using transmission for years now without problems on my torrent server.

Honestly who uses gui for torrents anymore? there's a webapp for that

Well, have you tried a 50+gb torrent?
That's the ones I had the stall meme with.

I'm using qbit again, to see if it's better now, but haven't download any big torrent yet.

Which is why when there are 1-2 seeds quite often qBittorrent will sit there STALLED when a better client will be happily downloading. The qB user who's ignorant of his client's connectivity issues will think that the reason he's not connecting is because there are no seeds, when in fact it's just his client that's the problem.

wew way to go, op

>not using transmission + remote gui

>utorrent
>move torrents to different folder
>torrents are stopped

>qbittorrent
>move torrents to different folder
>starts redownloading them
>can't stop the download, can only pause them
>have to move them with the move function within qbittorrent to avoid this

just use a fuCKING VPN

>2 pieces of software have pros and cons
>use both to maximize pros

What the fuck is this thread, and does any sane person actually use utorrent?

I use deluge its alright but only problem I have is that it freezes for a sec or two when torrent is almost finished and i try to select it. Same thing when mass removing torrents. Is it just my shit rig?

Anybody who cares about torrenting uses uTorrent.
I bet I have more uploaded this run than you have all time.

>windows

why does qbittorrent keep running in the background, consuming 160mb memory and making my HDD sound like it wants to die, even if I right click "Exit" on the tray icon?

do you guys seriously seed from your own computers you degenerate horde

got nearly 4000 torrents in qtorrent right now, the only ones that 'stalled' are ones that have no seeds

transmission is better

300gb here, no issue.

yea this shit pisses me off, I have moved to tags, that way when a file is moved, its taged as finished I can still hide it.

I'm the one you replied to.
I have maybe 200-300, and I haven't tried with a seed less torrent yet, so I've still yet to see a stalled one on qbT.

That doesn't look like qbittorrent...

>I can't load all four fucking thousand of my shitty torrents therefore it's shit

I only have seedless torrents due to a move from utorrent to qtorrent when I built my new computer. I moved everything that wasn't finished to it, and came up with about 39 torrents that are seedless that I haven't gotten around to finding seeded versions for.

I have ran into an issue where a torrent errors though, I think 5 of mine did that,

>not using tixati
>inb4 muh private trackers
losers

So it was more of an unlucky user error than the program itself since I guess all torrent clients read half-finished torrents in their own unique way.
