Why aren't there any 64-bit versions of VirtualBox for Windows?
Virtual Machines
JeSUS
FUCKING
CHRIST
It is RIGHT THERE In your fucking screenshot
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
It's a single installer that detects whether you're running a 64-bit version of Windows.
Where?
sad
Are you blind?
THAT'S NOT 64-BIT YA' MORON.
Retard
CURRENT STATE OF WANGBLOWS
>using virtualbox
Just use Hyper-V you fucking moron, or VMWare
But then it fucking installs a 32-bit version.
I've tried installing two different fucking versions and it does it.
Are they free?
I booted into windows and downloaded it. I hope you're happy.
If you're running win10 pro then hyper-v is free
VMware has keys floating around, I'll post one of you care
Yes.
amd64 is the 64 bit version you libcux
It installs as 32-bit.
Fucker.
Works on my machine, runs as 64 bit.
I think it may be 64-bit actually.
All the OSs say "(32-bit)" though. No "(64-bit)" options anywhere.
64 bit options appear for me. I installed 5.2.8 x86/AMD64. Are you running 32 bit windows or something?
You are officially the dumbest glow in the dark CIA OP nigger in the history of Jow Forums.
You have to enable virtualization in bios if your cpu supports it in order for the 64bit options to show up in virtualbox. had to do this yesterday, just look it up if youre having trouble.
I have an intel cpu, this 64 bit version is only for amd.
There's a windows feature for hyper v that you can enable/disable. Make sure to disable it. It's in the system settings. For some reason it can fuck up 64bit virtual box.
No, it is not for amd only. I have an intel cpu as well. I just did this shit yesterday. Go check if your cpu supports virtualization then enable it in bios if it does.
the absolute state of this board
Just keep going, just be as retarded as possible just let your brain UUUUUuggghhh
you need to enable VT-x (intel) or AMD-V (amd) in your bios, virtualbox only emulates 32bit, you need hardware support for 64bit guests
you'd want it for 32bit guests as well, since emulation is slow
This. I had the same issue. Change the BIOS setting (I might have had to change a registry setting too) and suddenly the VM supports 64-bit clients.
Try disabling hyper-v then restart your computer.
kek
Man I'd be so embarrassed if I made a thread like this
AMD64 is x86 with 64-bit extensions. Why are you so goddamn retarded?
No it doesn't.
This thread lowered my iq
Quoting these posts. Look in BIOS settings, OP. You also have a bad attitude, but whatever.
