Depends how deep you are in and how much afford you want to put into it.
Some things
- disable any google stuff on your phone, get netguard and yalp, better y get lineanageos
- don't use google services like google.com, youtube, drive, mail, cdn
- get firefox with ublock origin, umatrix, decentraleyes, maybe also block google domains you never need like analytics in your hosts file
Four youtube use mpv+youtube-DL or NewPipe in mobile
Searx and ddg is comfy for searching, tineye good for reverse image search
