looks like you're doing some really important stuff there, user
now just rid yourself of GNOME altogether and you'll be set!
>chrome

I want, but I am too lazy to remember all passwords, so anyway I'll need jewgle botnet.

firefox will automatically transfer all of your logins when you set up a mozilla account

upgraded my ram today

Attached: neofetch-2018-04-25-04-55-10-30731.png (1366x768, 1.62M)

Mozilla is too heavy for this shitbox. After is started using swap only with 5 tabs I'we downloaded proprietary chrome.
If I will switch to something botnet-free it would be something chromium-based,

Chrome is the best browser out there

>I want, but I am too lazy to remember all passwords

Lucky for you browsers remembering passwords is insecure as shit. Go to chrome://flags/ and enable Password Export, then just export all your passwords.

I'm about to do this, thanks I had no idea this existed

save your passwords in a text file encrypted with gnupg and stored on a hidden encrypted partition

This sounds good. I'll try this

On desktop in plain text, because i don't care much

wew I would've never of caught that

>of
fix ur english fucko

>whatcha usin it for?
wiby

>wiby
??

zoz that too
I usually just put them in a file wih a "." in front to make it hidden and give it root only permissions .

I did use i3 for a while but I honestly like gnome. I'm sorry if you can't accept that but my hardware runs well with it and I just find it comfy to use. and of course I'm saying this and the next time you see me post I may be using something else because I can never just fucking stick with something.

it's probably because you've been hopping around from meme to meme. just get LXDE or KDE Plasma.

thank you user

Is there a way to display images in a terminal-like environment on MacOS?
I already sett;ed on the answer being no, but maybe I just did not looked hard enough
Well, I can still use macfeh to display images in an aesthetic manner

Use Applescript to find the window position and display a borderless image in the right location

Attached: Screenshot_20180425_215945.png (1920x1080, 3.43M)

Thanks, never thought of that

I know I can dualboot/use a VM but is it worth buying a cheapo Thinkpad to code a bit in Linux to get used to it.

I borrowed my friends Macbook to get used to coding there too/ get used to the OS

You could try, it would definitely give you a comfy Linux experience.

You have a beast PC why are you using LXDE

Did you make the image in the terminal transparent somehow or is it just very carefully placed?

Why do people lie about using gentoo? It's obvious that you don't actually use gentoo as a daily desktop.

user is trying out linux in the VM? In this case it's fine it's just for fun anyway

Why not? I'm not using gentoo because compiling shit on a mobile Core 2 Duo is a pain, but after trying it it seems like a viable distro if you have a powerful CPU.

>16GB ram
>VM
nope

h-here's my screenfetch

Its done in the exact same way from what I remember. Isnt the bar even configured from the same config file as i3 itself?
Even if it isnt, doing it manually is practically the same amount of work unless you're changing colourscheme every week.

Comfy.

Is this with just GNOME?
Straight KDE install without disabling anything uses less than that.

Why did you choose that red? Absolute contrast will fuck up you eyes
